Trello
Trello is the project management tool that we use to send all design requests/tickets coming from DD clients to our designers.
Each request that comes in Freshdesk gets automatically added to Trello’s backlog, which will then be assigned to the designers by the Account Managers. The Production Team also uses Trello to track tickets’ progress (from the moment we receive it until it’s delivered) and designers’ workflow.
