Clockify
Clockify is the time-tracking app we use to track how much time we spend on each ticket so we can give clients an overview of the work done for them.
This is by no means a place to keep designers in check, but it’s mostly used to help clients better visualize the value they’re getting from the service. It’s also handy so we can push back when clients are abusing the service or need more work done at the same time (they might need to upgrade/get more designers to their accounts).
